We understand that purchasing handcrafted items requires trust, and we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may return products or request refunds for our services.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution. Our customer service team is dedicated to resolving any issues promptly and fairly.

Standard Return Policy

We accept returns of standard, non-customized products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items must be returned with all original tags, accessories, and documentation included.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Custom and Personalized Items

Due to the unique nature of our handmade products, custom and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. This includes items with personalized engravings, custom colors, special designs requested by the customer, and any other modifications made specifically for your order.

Before production begins, we will send you a confirmation of your customization details. Please review this carefully and notify us immediately of any errors or changes needed. Once production has begun, we cannot make changes to custom orders.

Gift Wrapping Services

Gift wrapping services are non-refundable once completed. However, if you are not satisfied with the wrapping quality, please contact us immediately with photos showing the issue. We will assess the situation and may offer to rewrap your item at no additional cost or provide a partial refund at our discretion.

For corporate gift wrapping orders, we recommend requesting a sample or prototype before placing large orders. This allows you to approve the design and quality before full production begins.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photographs showing the damage or defect, as well as photos of the packaging if the damage occurred during shipping. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by either replacing the item at no additional cost, repairing the item if possible and appropriate, or providing a full refund including any shipping costs.

Please retain all original packaging materials until we have had a chance to review your claim, as this information may be needed for shipping insurance purposes.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized products made to your specifications
  • Gift wrapping services that have been completed
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards or store credits
  • Items without original packaging or tags

Return Process

To return an eligible item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us by email or phone to request a return authorization. Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Wait for our return authorization and shipping instructions. We will provide you with the return address and any specific packaging requirements.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible. Items should be protected to prevent damage during return shipping.
  • Ship the item using a trackable shipping method and retain your tracking information. We recommend insuring valuable items.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or credit card company's policies. If you have not received your refund within 14 business days after our approval notification, please contact your bank or credit card company first, then contact us if you still have not received it.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us to discuss your options. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the new item has a different price, you will either be charged the difference or refunded the excess amount accordingly.

For the fastest service, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item. This ensures that your new item is shipped as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if production has not yet begun. Once production has started on your order, especially for custom items, cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to a restocking or material fee.

We begin processing orders quickly, so prompt communication is essential if you need to make changes or cancel your order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us and we will investigate the matter.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

For defective items or errors on our part, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

International Returns

For international orders, the same return policy applies. Please note that international shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred during the return process are also the customer's responsibility. We recommend contacting us before returning international orders so we can provide the most efficient return instructions.
